CORRUPTION: A MAJOR ISSUE

Since so long India has been a developing country , why is it still not developed?  There are many issues becuase of which our nation is lacking behind and one of them is CORRUPTION, it has become a roadblock to India's developmemt.

Corruption is the abuse of power for private gains. Corruption affects the economic development  in terms of economic efficiency and growth, it also affects the equitable distribution of resources across the population which leads to  increase in income inequalities, undermining the effectiveness of social welfare programme.

 Basic facilities like food , water , shelter , etc are the rights of every citizen. Then also government allocates a lot of money even for providing such basic facilities. We have learned to live with this situtaion. The best example is bribing a traffic police, it is not they who ask , we only expect them to do so. 'Le deke niptate hn na sir" often said by a person who broke some rules. We are also a part of this issue, so we have to bring the change . Go by the right way instead of bribing someone for getting your work done fast.
